Dear Mrs. Rajpal, I’ve been meaning to write this letter since the day I got back from the hospital, for a few days now, but have been trying to find a little quiet space in my mind to get this right. Things at home have been so stressful with my fathers illness and then my grandmother’s, that I only got to this letter now, 5:00 am this morning.

I don’t know how to thank you for what you’ve done for me and my family. I don’t know what words to use to communicate the deep gratitude I feel for everything. I am absolutely overwhelmed by the kindness and personal care you’ve shown us. This has been the most challenging time for us and your presence and support has given us so much comfort and strength. Words fail me now as I try and communicate just what you have meant to us. Please just know that all of us will be forever thankful.

Dr. Ashish was kind enough to allow me to see my mother as I left the hospital. It was one of the most difficult things I’ve done. I had to be so strong for her and yet deal with the haunting image of her laid up there fighting for her life . What I also saw was how comfortable she was. How well looked after . It bought my heart a lot of peace as I sat there petting her hand and kissing her cheek. She looked so happy to see me and was able to have a short conversation. She also told me how she was well taken care of and how fantastic all her doctors and nurses had been.

Thank you for taking such good care of my mother. Thank you for having such wonderful and kind staff. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to see her. I will always treasure that moment with her no matter the outcome of this saga.

For me , I know I might not be here today if I didn’t get that bed that day. If I’m alive and well today it’s because every doctor and nurse and ward boy took such special care of me during my stay. I felt completely enveloped and secure at a time when I genuinely thought I was done for.

As I re-read this letter , the words feels inadequate. They don’t communicate all that I feel but I don’t think they can. So I shall hope that perhaps you can peak behind them and just know my heart.

Sr. PPS to Secretary, health & family welfare, Government of India.) who was admitted in room no. 210…! She got discharged yesterday after normalcy in her health condition…! Thanks a lot..!

Respected Mam I am Deepika Mauria. I was admitted in the Hospital on May 5. I was discharged yesterday.
I am so obliged to you, Mam I express my thanks and gratitude for the help and support.

Everything was so fine. Dr and entire staff in the hospital was excellent. So neat and tidy and so efficient.

We Sincerely Thanks the Management and Staff of Tirath Ram Shah Hospital, Civil Lines New Delhi. Dr. DK Singh, Dr. Anjali, Dr. Shiva (the treating doctors) and Dr. Shilpa ( medical superintendent). We came to hospital with 90% lung damage and with 30% oxygen level only, of our mother who is 78 yrs old. Doctors gave second life to our mother.

Tirath Ram Shah Hospital is very good, combination of medical and emotional treatment. The seniors gave excellent medical treatment and on the other side junior staff (Mr. Farooq, Chandani , Neelam ,  and Kishmara ) gave love and motivation to our mother and now they are an extended family .
